We are currently seeking a Year-Round Marketing Intern to join our team.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare client deliverables, including client presentations and reporting.
• Assist the team to develop systems supporting automation efforts through Seismic.
• Run data and attribution from eVestment, FactSet, Bloomberg and/or data warehouse.
• Prepare and deliver client and consultant questionnaires.
• Develop expertise across software applications to retrieve/generate information.
• Collaborate with CPMs, consultant relations and sales to develop webinars, quarterly updates, animations and video content to improve the client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to complete ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled and taking classes at an accredited college or university institution, preferably those who will be entering their Senior year by Fall 2024.
• Undergraduate majoring in Business, Finance, Math, Marketing, Economics desired, or a related field, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Be at least 18 years of age by the time the internship begins.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Eager and willing to embrace AI tools and applications.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently within a professional setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow through.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and execute responsibilities.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per work week, full time (40 hours) are available in the summer.

Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00

This is a hybrid role, preference is to be located within commuting distance of our Los Angeles, CA office.
