Company Overview: We are a fast-growing real estate wholesale company in the DFW metroplex specializing in purchasing properties directly from motivated sellers. We help homeowners sell their houses quickly for cash by offering simple, hassle-free solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven SMS VA to join our team to help identify potential sellers looking to offload their properties. Job Description: As a Real Estate SMS VA, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to homeowners in our target areas and gauge their interest in selling their property through SMS. Respond accordingly, ask key pertinent questions, and assess the seller’s motivation to determine if they’re a good fit for us. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage the responses timely and accordingly and update them in the right pipeline • Send daily campaigns to sms accounts, monitor the delivery rate and responses • Create engaging sms templates within the system’s policy • Data formatting, pulling and skip tracing • Analyze the data to be marketed for the day • Meet the daily target leads or exceed the goal • Push leads manually to the CRM • Check the pushed leads if they’re being called by the given time (if there are) • Follow up on the existing warm leads until they reply • Update the scorecard • Submit/send EOD Report Daily to provide updates on the day's progress • Show up to daily huddles with wins & projections, contributing to the team's success and • fostering a collaborative environment • Import and export data to Batchleads for skiptracing and GHL to market them Qualifications: Skills: • Multitasking skills • Analytical • Technical • Precise • Data management Requirements: • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.  • Strong communication skills and the ability to respond professionally • Strong internet connection • Keen to details Compensation: Competitive base pay plus commission on closed deals generated from leads.
