Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers to define and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical roles.
Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for future hiring needs.
Partner with the HR team to improve recruiting processes and tools.
Maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, technical job market conditions, and new recruiting tools and practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science, etc.
Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for roles in technology sectors such as software development, cloud computing, AI, and data science.
Familiarity with coding languages and frameworks, technical certifications, and tech industry trends.
