Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master with expertise in implementation and logging to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product development, overseeing Agile practices, and ensuring robust logging mechanisms are in place. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet user needs and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
As Technical Product Owner/Scrum Master:
Define and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on features related to implementation and logging.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
Ensure that logging standards and best practices are integrated into the product development process.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide future enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders for product-related inquiries.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coach the team on Agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove obstacles that impede the team's progress, ensuring smooth workflow.
Promote effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in Agile environments, particularly with implementation and logging.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
Technical background in software development, with experience in logging frameworks and tools.
Certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is preferred.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
Familiarity with logging tools and technologies (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
