Job Description


PrimeApplicants is seeking a Support Agent to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, pricing, and availability.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to meet customer needs.
