Job Description: Summer Technology Consulting Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Summer Technology Consulting Associate to join our consulting team for a 10 12 week internship program. This internship offers an immersive experience in technology consulting where you will work on highimpact client projects design innovative solutions and contribute to the implementation of cuttingedge technologies. As a Summer Associate you will collaborate with senior consultants manage workstreams and develop skills in technology strategy data analysis and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Technology Assessment and Strategy Development:

• Evaluate clients technology systems workflows and infrastructure to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform client strategies.
• Assist in developing technology roadmaps aligned with clients business objectives and goals.

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Design and propose technology solutions that address client challenges including system integration automation and cloud computing.
• Support the implementation of technology initiatives including migration plans and change management strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with objectives.

Data Analysis and Problem Solving:

• Analyze operational and technical data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for innovation.
• Build models dashboards and frameworks to evaluate the impact of technology on business performance.
• Present findings and actionable insights to project teams and clients.

Project and Workstream Management:

• Lead specific workstreams within larger consulting engagements ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to align on objectives and project milestones.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to project managers and senior leadership.

Collaboration and Learning:

• Work closely with senior consultants and managers to execute project tasks and deliver solutions.
• Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop creative and effective strategies.
• Gain exposure to consulting methodologies tools and best practices through handson experience.

Qualifications: Educational Background:

• Currently pursuing an MBA or other advanced degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with a demonstrated interest in technology consulting or IT strategy.

Professional Experience:

• 2 4 years of prior experience in technology consulting IT strategy or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology platforms data analysis or process improvement methodologies is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

• Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Strong understanding of technology platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Salesforce) and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
