Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process for various job openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients
- Utilize a variety of sources for candidate recruitment, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate tracking of applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting
- Proven track record in successfully filling a wide range of positions at various levels
- Strong understanding of different recruitment methods, techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
