Astoria Grill is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink offerings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
