What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinating patient appointments and related services.
Communicating with patients and doctor's offices.
Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
Accurately documenting patient information.
Utilizing electronic medical record systems (e-clinical preferred).
Defusing and escalating situations as needed.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred).
1+ years of customer service experience.
1-2 years of healthcare experience (desired).
Inbound call center experience (preferred).
Medical office/clinic or front desk experience (preferred).
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm.
Excellent organizational and computer skills.
Strong listening and comprehension skills.
Professional and courteous telephone voice.
Dependability and trustworthiness.
Ability to handle confidential information (HIPAA experience a plus).
Detail-oriented and able to follow scripted information.
Flexibility with scheduling.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (a plus).

Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time

Remote Workstation Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet (hardwired connection required).
Dedicated telephone line (landline or VOIP from internet provider).
Quiet, private workspace with a lockable door.
Space for two 27" monitors and provided equipment.
