Job Responsibilities: Customer development and maintenance Develop semiconductor B2B customers in Italy and Europe. Regularly visit customers to provide technical solution demonstrations and facilitate orders. Sales target achievement According to the company's sales target, make personal annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan and try to reach it. Technical Sales Support Collaborate with R&D team to develop solutions according to customer needs. Analyze customer technical documents (e.g. product specifications, test reports) and provide professional selection advice. Market Insight and Strategy Track European semiconductor market dynamics (e.g. EU Chip Bill policy, Silicon Carbide technology trends) and develop regional sales plans. Build up local industry network through LinkedIn, industry exhibitions (e.g. MECSPE Sicily). Regularly submit sales reports to provide data support for the company's sales decisions. Cross-departmental collaboration Coordinate with logistics and legal team to handle export compliance, delivery and after-sales issues. Coordinate with external resources to solve problems during project implementation and improve customer satisfaction.
