In this role, you’ll be working with a dynamic research team to explore the properties and behavior of stem cells, including pluripotent and multipotent stem cells. This role will give you an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research, helping to make a meaningful impact on human health.
Schedule: Mon-Fri day shift
Responsibilities: - Design and conduct experiments to explore the properties and behavior of stem cells.
- Develop and optimize protocols for the isolation, culture, and differentiation of stem cells.
- Investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying stem cell self-renewal, differentiation, and reprogramming.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate the therapeutic potential of stem cell-based approaches for various diseases and conditions.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using advanced techniques and bioinformatics tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest scientific literature and technological advancements in stem cell research.
- Contribute to the preparation of research proposals, publications, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and analyses in accordance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications: - Master’s or equivalent degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Experience with Adipose derived Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) required
- Strong background in Cell & Gene Therapy translational sciences.
- Proven expertise in stem cell culture techniques, including mesenchymal, hematopoietic, and umbilical cord stem cells.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR, qRT-PCR, Western blotting, immunostaining, and FACS analysis is required.
- Strong background in cell culturing, signaling, growth, and differentiation pathways. Cell culture image analysis.
- Prior experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
