Job Role: Remote Lead SAP Fico Consultant

Duration: 6+ Months

Senior SAP FICO Business Process Lead to join a remote project with monthly travel to Dallas (Plano office) or Sacramento. The role will require a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and will involve hands-on documentation, design, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Functional Expertise: Serve as the primary Finance and Accounting SME for the project.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation for SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
• Design: Contribute to the design and configuration of SAP modules, including OTC, PTP, MM, IC, PS, FA, and RTR.
• Testing: Develop and execute test scripts for UAT testing.
• Data Management: Assist with data gathering, conversion, migration, and reconciliation.
• Training: Train Finance SME's on new SAP processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal developers, functional consultants, and team members.
• Project Management: Drive project tasks independently and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior SAP FICO Business Process Lead.
• Deep understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules, including OTC, PTP, MM, IC, PS, FA, and RTR.
• Experience with process integration and realization across multiple functions.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in process documentation and testing.
