Quarry Sales Representative
Onsite / Hybrid
My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Aggregate Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the construction industry, promoting the sale of our sand, gravel, and crushed stone products. This is a direct hire, growth position. You must have concrete, construction, or aggregate sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and develop sales opportunities within a designated territory.
Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable products.
Conduct site visits to understand project requirements and provide accurate quotes.
Negotiate and close sales contracts.
Oversee the order processing and delivery of products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Participate in industry events and trade shows.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction materials industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the sales process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A valid driver's license.
