We're excited to offer a long-term contract opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst within the dynamic Financial Services industry, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, while generating automated test scripts and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud by performing thorough testing
- Develop automated test scripts using TestComplete
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries efficiently
- Work with tools like Android Development, Atlassian Jira, and Jenkins as part of daily responsibilities
- Actively participate in Agile Scrum meetings and contribute to team planning and strategies
- Conduct AB Testing to optimize product features
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and processes
- Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform to manage customer accounts
- Work within a call center environment, providing top-quality service to customers
- Monitor and assess customer account activities, taking appropriate action when needed
- Track and resolve system bugs using Bug Tracking tools
- Participate in Integration Testing to ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Android Development
- Strong proficiency with Atlassian Jira software
- Experience with Bug Tracking and tracking system issues
- Familiarity with Integration Testing practices
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins automation server
- Ability to conduct AB Testing to improve product functionality
- Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
- Background in Auditing within the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on call center environments
- Proficiency in using TestComplete for automation
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Salesforce Platform

Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
