- Develop estimates, assumptions, schedules, cash flow forecasts, track budgets, and manage execution plans for existing network facility expansions, retrofits, and new technology initiatives.
- Ensure adequate project funding is secured, enabling on-time and under-budget project execution.
- Manage funding milestones and schedule dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project planning, financial entitlement, and effective investment decision-making.

Engineering Change Management:

- Lead change management initiative approvals to optimize Amazon's legacy network.
- Garner support and adoption of program and process changes that drive Safety, Operational Efficiency, Technology Deployment, among others.
- Review new change requests from corporate (network level) and operations (site level) stakeholders and provide feedback and guidance to ensure the optimal decision is made for the business at-large.
- Build and maintain a team of subject matter experts across various disciplines.
- Identify and address customer and business pain points through lean/agile methodologies and other improvement techniques.
- Lead and implement scalable process improvement projects within the team and across the organization.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

- Partner and actively manage competing priorities across all functions within the Engineering Services organization (including Finance, Program Management Office, Supply Chain Capacity, Startup, Launch, Real Estate, Construction, Operations Engineering, Procurement, Safety, Sustainability, People Experience Technology (PXT), among several others).
- Educated upstream and downstream partners of interdependencies, influence without authority, and hold teams accountable to ensure high-quality delivery with minimal defects in project approval, deployment and execution.

About the team
