Full Time Physical Therapist Needed

We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care to individuals and their families, guided by our rehabilitation leadership team. In this role, you will assess functional requirements, create tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.

With a competitive salary range of $90,000-$115,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, you’ll be well supported in your professional journey.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assess and meet patients' goals and needs effectively.
• Deliver personalized treatment plans that improve motion and mobility.
• Actively reduce the need for medications and offer surgical alternatives.
• Design comprehensive care plans utilizing various treatment techniques.
• Create tailored fitness and wellness programs for individual patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based care and proven interventions to patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients to achieve optimal functionality.
• Promote healthy lifestyles for clients through improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment effects and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant qualifications and a graduate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong manual therapy skills and knowledge of current treatment practices.
• Ability to engage with diverse patient personalities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software such as WebPT.
