Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Online Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. As an Online Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through outbound phone and email sales.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound sales calls and send emails to new and existing customers
· Identify and qualify sales opportunities
· Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
· Present products and services to customers
· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
· Document sales interactions and customer information
Requirements:
· 0-1 year of experience in sales or customer service
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently in a remote setting
· Strong sales potential and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in a remote or virtual environment
· Knowledge of sales principles and methodologies
· Certification in sales or related field (e.g., CSP)
· Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
