Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer and Animator with a flair for creativity and a strong background in After Effects, 3D animation, and video editing. The ideal candidate will bring experience with animations on the web, including animated SVGs and JavaScript microinteractions, as well as a mix of strategic marketing and business expertise to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media, enhancing user engagement and visual storytelling.

• Work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that meet project objectives and client expectations.

• Utilize After Effects, 3D modeling, and video editing tools to create dynamic graphics and animations, while continuously improving skills through professional development.

• Collaborate with other designers, project managers, and clients to ensure a high standard of graphic design and brand consistency across all media.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our creative outputs innovative and industry-leading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in graphic design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in After Effects, 3D animation, and video editing.

• Proficiency in using design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and motion graphics.

• Experience with web animation techniques, including SVG animations and JavaScript microinteractions.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding quality.
