• Coordinate patient flow between waiting and exam rooms.
• Communicate patient concerns and needs effectively to healthcare providers.
• Assist routine clinical tasks and patient inquiries, including updating refills, addressing clinical questions, and handling record requests.
• Prepare patients for examinations by collecting health histories and updating records.
• Assist in medical procedures such as surgeries, blood draws, and suture removal.Recognize and react to urgent/emergent situations following established protocols.
• Efficiently scribe appointment notes using iPad technology.
• Assist providers with documenting, processing, and verifying patient information in our Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Perform routine clerical functions, including updating medical records, obtaining prior authorizations, and entering charges for billing purposes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, exam rooms, and supplies.Adhere to HIPAA guidelines, clinic confidentiality policies, established procedures, and OSHA regulations.Ensure patient satisfaction, provider efficiency, and optimal treatment room utilization

Job Type:

• Full-Time: 4-5 days a week,Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays and Thursday evenings
• Day shift: 8-10 hours per shift
• On-Site only: You will be assigned a home base but must be willing to travel to multiple locations.

Please note: While you will be assigned a home office, this position requires the ability to be assigned shifts at other locations for coverage purposes. Work expectation is 40h/week with overtime as needed.This is a full time position and we are not offering seasonal or part-time positions at this time.
