Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with experience in Wave and iClassPro? Do you thrive on turning leads into enrollments? Goldfish Swim School – Johns Creek is looking for a Part-Time Lead Conversion Specialist to manage our lead system and help grow our swim family!

Position Details:

• Part-time position
• $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
• Flexible scheduling with potential for growth

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and manage incoming leads in Wave and iClassPro
• Develop and execute follow-up strategies to increase enrollments
• Communicate with prospective families via phone, email, and text to provide information and encourage sign-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress within the system
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize lead conversion strategies
• Provide reports on lead activity, trends, and success rates

Requirements:

• Experience with Wave and iClassPro is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Sales or customer engagement experience preferred
• Passion for working with families and promoting swim safety
