• Itinerary Crafting : Build tailored travel itineraries that align with clients' desires, ensuring they have a memorable stay from start to finish.
• Vendor Liaison : Partner with hotels and resorts to secure the best deals, rates, and amenities for our clients.
• Problem-Solving : Provide support when challenges arise, helping to resolve issues quickly to keep travel plans on track.
• Stay Informed : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, hotel offerings, and travel updates to provide expert advice and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience Preferred : Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel services, or customer support is ideal, but not required.
• Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.
• Organizational Skills : You’re detail-oriented and skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
