Our client is a new restaurant in Burlington VT, and they want you to join their team as a Front House Manager.

Your day-to-day as a Front House Manager:

• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
• Supervise and manage the work of waitstaff, hostesses, and bussers
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing team members
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction

Your skills and experience:

• Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash and manage inventory effectively
• Familiarity with marketing and promotional activities in a dining environment
