Job Description

Your role:
Wolff Olins is looking for a Design intern to join our U.S. Design community for the Fall of 2024. You’ll work on a range of internal and client projects, experiencing firsthand how brands are created and evolved. This is a full-time internship that will begin in early September and finish at in the middle of December. We expect our Intern to be a full member of our team, contributing to client work, new business pitches, and internal initiatives. Our Intern should be curious and eager to learn, passionate about brands, optimistic for the world, and creative and proactive in all that they do.

We’re looking for a highly conceptual, curious, and capable design intern to join our team for the Fall. Someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking, has a unique voice, and can surprise us. You’ll work on a wide range of internal and client projects, experiencing firsthand how brands are developed and evolved.

You must:

  • Have strong graphic design and typography skills
  • Be fluent across Adobe Creative Suite
  • Be able to work in Figma
  • Work fluidly across print and digital
  • Motion, animation, 3D, and film/editing skills a huge plus

You are

  • A rising college junior or senior, or a recent graduate in the field
  • Interested in brand, business, design, strategy, and impact
  • A clear and analytical thinker with strong writing and storytelling skills

You are responsible for:

  • Playing an active role in the team across various assignments, including client work and internal initiatives
  • Introducing new and experimental approaches, and having a willingness to learn from some of the wisest minds in the business
  • Speaking and writing in clear ways with people of all levels, and telling great stories within your work
  • Being meticulous and organized, understanding nuance, and paying attention to detail
  • Contributing to the success of your projects by pushing the work and collaborating with the rest of our team

You will:

  • Be working on real projects as a full-time member of the team

Details and requirements:

  • Timing: Full-time, beginning of September until middle of December (approx. 12 weeks in duration)
  • Location: Interns must be in NY and able to legally work in the United States.
  • Compensation: Paid internship
