As an Event Assistant, you will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of events , supporting everything from concept development to on-site logistics. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both in-person and virtual events , ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand event goals, preferences, and vision to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Manage event logistics , including setup, breakdown, staffing, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide on-site support , managing guest registration, troubleshooting real-time issues, and ensuring event flow.
• Organize event materials, equipment, and supplies , ensuring all aspects are prepared for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams (marketing, design, production) to deliver high-quality events that meet client expectations.
• Collect post-event feedback and compile reports to evaluate event performance and suggest improvements for future events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or event coordination is a plus, but not required – training provided for the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills , with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
