Every Word Code is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database by entering and updating vital information. If you are organized, focused, and enjoy working with data, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Input data accurately and efficiently into company systems and databases.
• Verify and update existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity across departments.
• Generate regular reports and summaries for management review.
