This position is located in the Business Services Department of the Veterans Home of California - Ventura and is Under the direct supervision of Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) and the functional direction of the headquarters Central Business Office (CBO), the Contract Liaison serves as the liaison between the headquarters Contract Business Office and program chiefs at the Ventura Veterans Home of California (VHC-Ventura). This position is responsible for assisting Contract Managers with the preparation, review, and processing of contract documents, ensuring contract packets are complete and accurate. After the CBO executes a contract award, the Contract Liaison will interact with Program Chiefs, Administration, public agencies, private companies, vendors, service providers, and the general public.
