Job Description

HMG Pest Solutions has a vibrant history of launching successful sales and marketing strategies that improve our client's market footprint and simultaneously have a positive impact on our surrounding communities. We have recently partnered with a pest control powerhouse that is just as passionate as we are about helping families and delivering quality home service solutions. In this role as our Brand Ambassador, your primary objective will be to educate and promote pest control solutions through direct marketing and face-to-face interactions designed to help families relieve their pest control issues in a safe, timely, and reliant manner. You will take part in collaborating with our marketing and brand strategy teams designing new opportunities to reach out to the surrounding communities, and serve as an in-house resource to our corporate partners. You will also work cross-functionally with the Customer Service and Sales departments to develop programs, initiatives, and campaigns that contribute to the overarching goals of the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the direct connection between the local community and our Marketing and Brand Strategy teams
  • Drive sales and increase brand awareness through informative and engaging product demonstrations 
  • Execute all field market activities with a high degree of professionalism and integrity in accordance with our company values and guidelines
  • Must be exceptionally well-versed in the product knowledge including, but not limited to, memorizing different pest control services, pricing, and technician availability
  • Actively engage in training sessions and partner with senior management to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement in the marketing, outreach, and sales methods
  • Monitor individual weekly performance and track the number of customers met with, presentations delivered, and sales closed

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, or brand management is preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a brand ambassador or a college graduate with extensive accomplishments in college athletics, club leadership, or entrepreneurial experience will also be strongly considered
  • Proven ability to develop positive and trustworthy relationships within a team setting and amongst customers 
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills while working face-to-face or in a virtual setting 
  • Possess a confident persona and demonstrate an aptitude to communicate new ideas, suggestions for improvement, and challenges with senior-level management 
  • Must be personable, outgoing, and approachable with a reputation for being a reputable teammate, leader, and support system
