Position: Back of House Manager

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Description:

As the Back of House Manager at Chick-fil-A Viewmont, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality food production through precision and accuracy. You will be responsible for observing and implementing rigorous quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. This position is full-time and offers a dynamic environment where your leadership and facilities management skills will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Manage kitchen operations efficiently and effectively.

- Lead and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Implement and monitor food safety and cleanliness guidelines.

- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food production.

-Help to maintain a positive culture.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a casual dining restaurant, with a track record in leadership and facilities management.

- Previous roles such as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, or kitchen manager are highly desirable.

- Demonstrated consistency, reliability, and a cheerful, positive attitude.

- Strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for serving and helping others.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
