Assistant Human Resources - Entry level Description of the role: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Peter Boulware Toyota as an Assistant Human Resources. As an entry-level position, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the human resources field. You will be responsible for assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR operations. Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and on-boarding processes
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Support HR staff in daily administrative tasks
• Coordinate HR projects and initiatives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
