The Academic Program Specialist position is responsible for providing curricular support to the Department of Computer Sciences and the Academic Program Manager. The position serves as a department curricular representative in creating term timetables, managing department enrollment services, and developing data reports. The position is part of a growing departmental student services unit which is focused on supporting students in our undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs.

Required Qualifications
- Experience working in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google Suite, and web-based software.
- Experience in working with large data spreadsheets and high volume data entry.
- Experience in high volume customer service and direct oral and written communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Commitment to fostering a respectful, effective, collegial work environment through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Minimum $41,244 ANNUAL (12 months)
Depending on Qualifications
The typical starting salary for this position is $42,000 - $58,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Employees in this position can expect to receive benefits such as generous vacation, holidays and paid time off; competitive insurances and saving accounts; and retirement benefits.
